Dodson Jones has advised on the acquisition of the part ground floor of Botanic House at 100 Hills Road in Cambridge, taking the BCO 2013 Midlands & East Anglia accredited office building to full occupancy.

Acting on behalf of international consulting engineer Hoare Lee who specialise in mechanical, electrical and environmental engineering, we agreed a new 7 year sub-lease on the newly complete Grade A office suite which totals 3,143 sq ft (292 sq m).
